Yeah, another one. 
The point of this one was just to test run a tool for use on skin. It seems pretty good, though I didn't spend that much time on this overall. I also used this tricky angle again.
In any case I always wanted to try drawing Rose with her hair up.
The fiery design of the dress is because in the game she was always the little fire goddess, lighting everything up.

Rose's element is wind, but I like the idea albeit. She looks good. Great really. Really like the dress. You did a marvelous job on it. Oh, and the skin looks superb as well :3
