Soaring City

Well, after much fiddling I finally got this done. Draco, you're her to draw. XD

I also got to show some concept art of the city he calls home, Highbreak.
The huge structure in the back is a tunnel built out of the mountain on which Highbreak sits. It diverts the intense wind currents that flow through the mountain peaks into a narrow channel filled with an elaborate system of wind turbines that power the city. I also drew a couple of their ships flying overhead. These are the same type as Draco's ship, the Derecho, made to channel wind currents to move clouds around, primarily to spread rain to wherever it's needed.
